Development Associates brokers five-year lease at Mercy Medical Center
Mercy Medical Center has signed a five-year lease at Agawam Crossing to house Mercy Hearing Center's first community-based audiology practice. The center will be located on the first floor of the new, 32,000 s/f Class A medical and professional building located at 200 Silver St. Construction is underway and is expected to be complete in July. Development Associates brokered the deal and serves as managing agent for Agawam Crossing.
