Tinkham Realty sells 6,078 s/f for $575,000 in Hudson

Tinkham Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 321 Derry Rd., to Faith Baptist Church of Nashua. The 6,078 s/f building on 2.07 acres will be renovated for religious purposes. The selling price according to the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds was $575,000. Dave Fraser of the commercial division of Tinkham represented the seller, Tate Family Investments, LLC and Cal Fuller of Harmony Real Estate represented the buyer, Faith Baptist Church of Nashua. Tinkham Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage firm with over 40 years of experience in single-family, multifamily and land acquisitions for tract developments, as well as office, retail, commercial and industrial properties in New Hampshire.
