Tinkham Realty sells 5,760 s/f office/medical
Tinkham Realty, Inc. sold 42 Birch St. to CHL Management of Londonderry, LLC.
The structure is a free standing 5,760 s/f two story office building, zoned for office/medical use and is located across from Parkland Medical Hospital.
The buyer plans on leasing a portion of the property for medical or professional use.
Judy Tinkham, principal of Tinkham Rlty. represented the buyer and Chris Goodnow, principal of Goodnow Real Estate represented to seller, West-Rock Endowment Association, Inc.
The selling price according to the Registry of Deeds was $530,000.
