Tinkham Realty sells 2,468 s/f office condo to Granite State South Board of Realtors - $235,900
Tinkham Realty, Inc. has negotiated a sale of a 2,468 s/f office condominium at the Granite State South Board of Realtors, Inc. of Windham.
The office condo is located at the Londonderry Sq. Complex, 50 Nashua Rd.
Judy Tinkham represented the lessor, Londonderry Sq. Assoc., Ltd. Partnership of Waltham, Mass., and assisted the buyer.
The sale price according to the registry of deeds is $235,900.
