Tinkham Realty sells 2.4 acre parcel for $250,000 s/f
Tinkham Realty, Inc. has negotiated the sale of a 2.4 acre parcel on Mercury Dr. to Gilbreast Realty Holdings II, LLC.
Plans call for the construction of 3 single family elderly housing units and a parking lot. The parcel is adjacent and at the entrance of the Nevins Senior Housing Community currently under development.
The sales price according to the Registry of Deeds was $250,000.
Judy Tinkham, principal of Tinkham Realty, represented the seller Mercury Drive, LLC and assisted the buyer Gilcreast Realty Holdings, LLC
