Tinkham Realty negotiates 5 deals

Tinkham Realty completed the following five transactions. * HLA Realty, LLC has purchased a 1,545 s/f office condo at Londonderry Sq., Rte. 102 in from DHT Realty Trust, LLC for $147,175. The property is the new home for Anderson Insurance Adjustment Co. of Salem. Judy Tinkham represented the seller and assisted the buyer. * The Perry Family Rev. Tr. has purchased a 500 s/f office condo at Londonderry Professional Park, 80 Nashua Rd. from James Townsend for $40,000. The buyer intends to divide the condo into office suites for leasing. Dave Fraser represented the seller and assisted the buyer. * Hannaford Bros. Co. has leased a 1,400 s/f office at Buttrick Road Professional Park, 25 Buttrick Rd. The office serves as an expansion of the company sales office. Judy Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee in the lease negotiations. * Windham Electrology, LLC has relocated to Parkland Professional Building, 39.5 Birch St. in Derry. Windham Electrology provides permanent hair removal. Fraser assisted the lessee in the lease negotiations. * Platco Metals has leased 1,820 s/f of warehouse space at 195 Robinson Rd. in Hudson. Platco Metals is a leading metal recycling company with operations in 8 states along the east coast. Fraser represented the lessor and assisted the lessee in the lease negotiations.
