Tinkham Realty leases 26,600 s/f to Good Neighbors Specialty Foods

Tinkham Realty, Inc. has completed the leasing of 27 Executive Dr. to Good Neighbors Specialty Foods, LLC of Derry. The 26,600 s/f facility will serve as the firm's headquarters for food production, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. Good Neighbor Specialty Foods offers health food with all natural ingredients. Their organic products are distributed throughout the Northeast region. Dave Fraser of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, represented the lessee and Karen Leonard of Leonard Lee Company, LLC represented the lessor, Blueberry Realty Trust of Wayland, Mass.
