Phase one of the office park, now 82% leased, consists of 4 buildings totaling 23,940 s/f of medical/professional office space on 3.55 acres. The lessor and developer is Buttrick Rd. Office Park, LLC. * Londonderry Pediatrics, PA of 184 Mammoth Rd., has leased 7,980 s/f. Judy Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee. * Creative Learning of Auburn, NH, has leased 1,840 s/f. Creative Learning provides pediatric therapy services and applied behavior analysis for children with autism as well as educational services for children with developmental delays. Doug Hatem represented the lessor. * Derry Medical Center, PA of 6 Buttrick Rd., has leased 2,700 s/f. The new facility will serve as administrative offices.
