Tinkham Realty, Inc. has leased 19,690 s/f of office space at Buttrick Rd. Office Park, 25 Buttrick Rd. Phase one of the office park, now 82% leased, consists of 4 buildings totaling 23,940 s/f of medical/professional office space on 3.55 acres. The lessor and developer is Buttrick Rd. Office Park, LLC. * Londonderry Pediatrics, PA of 184 Mammoth Rd., has leased 7,980 s/f. Judy Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee. * Creative Learning of Auburn, NH, has leased 1,840 s/f. Creative Learning provides pediatric therapy services and applied behavior analysis for children with autism as well as educational services for children with developmental delays. Doug Hatem represented the lessor. * Derry Medical Center, PA of 6 Buttrick Rd., has leased 2,700 s/f. The new facility will serve as administrative offices. Judy Tink-ham represented the lessor, and assisted the lessee * New Hampshire Foot and Ankle of Acton, Mass., has leased 1,575 square feet. Hatem represented the lessor and assisted the lesse. * My Dentist, PC has leased 1,820 s/f. Dr. Janet Krefting has been a member of New Concepts Dental Group of Billerica, MA since 1979. Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee. * EnviroLogic of 50 Nashua Rd. leased 1,575 s/f. EnviroLogic is an environmental engineering and consulting firm. Hatem represented the lessor and assisted the lessee. * Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network, LLC of Amesbury, Mass., has leased 2,200 s/f. Tinkham represented the lessor and assisted the lessee.
