Tinkham Realty completes $400,000 sale of 87 Nashua Road

Londonderry, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 87 Nashua Rd. to Pasquale’s Ristorante and Pizzeria of Candia.
The second Pasquale’s Ristorante and Pizzeria opened in the space formerly occupied by Avandi’s Restaurant, a Greek restaurant for over 20 years. The space will seat about 75, including 25 on a covered deck, and employ 14-15 people.
Jerry Hersch from the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc represented to seller, Karametros Family Revocable Trust of Manchester, and Bob Beilman of Re/Max Synergy represented the buyer.
The selling price according to the Rockingham Registry of Deeds was $400,000.
