Tinkham Realty brokers five transactions

Tinkham Realty has recently completed several transactions. * Erickson Construction Co., Inc. has leased a 3,000 s/f industrial warehouse at 23 Londonderry Rd. Judy Tinkham represented the lessor, Lionel Labonte, and assisted the lessee. * Granite View Properties, LLC has purchased a 10,600 s/f industrial building on 3 acres at 32 Library St., Allenstown, from 1st Phoenix Resolution, LLC. Dave Fraser of Tinkham Rlty. represented the buyer. The sales price according to the Registry of Deeds is $248,100. * 16 Republic Road, LLC of Mass. has purchased a 11,400 s/f industrial building on 1.12 acres at 21 West Rd., Hudson, from Robert and Peggy St. Onge. The property will serve as the new home for PTP Machining Inc. Fraser represented the seller and Daniel Loring of Keller Williams represented the buyer. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds is $725,000. * Trolly Realty, LLC of Londonderry has purchased a 4,559 s/f office condominium at 50 Nashua Rd. from St. Mary's Bank. Tinkham represented the seller and assisted the buyer. The property will be home to an unemployment cost management company, Corporate Cost Control, based in Dallas. The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds is $345,000. * Woodmont Orchards, Inc. has purchased a 500 s/f office condominium at 80 Nashua Rd. from James and Sandra Townsend. The property will be used for the company's headquarters. Tinkham represented the seller and assisted the buyer. The sales price according to the Registry of Deeds is $57,500.
