Canton, MA According to Timberline Construction Corp. (Timberline), three of their recently completed projects were recognized as Engineering-News Record’s (ENR) Regional Best Projects earlier this month. ENR presented teams with these accomplishments at their awards event in Boston.

The three award-winning projects include:

In addition to BJ’s, the team included JLL (project management), IA (design architect) and Avid Engineers (MEP/FP engineer).

• bluebird bio received Award of Merit in the Small Project category. • Union Mills 37 took home the Best Renovation/Restoration Project Award, recognizing the team’s purposeful renovation, restoration and repositioning of this old mill building into affordable and workforce housing in Attleboro, Mass. The project team included 37 Union St Attleboro, LLC (building owner), Trina Jerich (project management) and Davis Square Architects (design architect).

“The fact that our team has been honored with multiple awards from ENR is a testament to the exceptional work we perform on a daily basis with our project partners for our clients,” said Timberline’s president, Steve Wassersug. “These awards demonstrate our consistent performance and mission to continually strive to be the best in the construction management business.”
