News: Construction Design & Engineering
Timberline Construction Corp. recently broke ground for the new $5.9 million Great Space Storage facility within a commercial district off Morrissey Blvd. and near I-93.
Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects designed the five-story over 98,000 s/f self-storage center which includes climate controlled storage lockers, office space, restrooms, lobby area, elevators and automatic sprinkler system. The site will provide both covered and uncovered exterior parking, as well as large loading docks and interior loading bays. In addition to utilizing high-tech security and locking systems the location will offer quality storage space for affordable rates. The facility will also feature carpeted hallways, motion controlled lighting, aroma controls, intercoms and music capabilities throughout.
