Thompson Hennessey & Partners hires associates: Chisholm, Tyrrell and Chea

Boston, MA Thompson Hennessey & Partners (THP) has hired three new associates, Kurt Chisholm, Taber Tyrrell and Lidi Chea.

Chisholm will serve as a corporate real estate associate supporting THP’s tenant advisory and business development initiatives. Working closely with Rick Robinson, co-founder & principal, to support the suburban market, Chisholm specializes in helping companies leverage market conditions to reduce occupancy costs. Prior to joining THP, Chisholm worked for Fidelity Investments where he led a 15-person sales team helping to bring in over $8 billion in sales over his three-year career.

Tyrrell will also serve as a corporate real estate associate supporting THP’s tenant advisory and business development initiatives. He will be working closely with John Hennessey, co-founder & principal, to support the Boston and Cambridge markets. Hennessey has stated his excitement in “training and mentoring another young associate” so soon after the relaunch of the company 18 months ago.

Chea, director of marketing, will serve as the main point of contact for all marketing and communications efforts for the firm. Working directly under Jennifer Carrigan, vice president of operations, she will be managing all of THP’s social media and website and will be launching marketing initiatives to expand the brand recognition.

Prior to joining THP, Chea worked at DTZ supporting the downtown, suburban and portfolio teams. And more recently, she worked at Boston Realty Advisors, coordinating marketing materials for all leasing and sales transactions for the suburban commercial team. She received her BS in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She is also a freelance portrait photographer in the Greater Boston area.
