Raynham, MA Dacon Corp., Dowling Houy LLC, R.E. Dinneen Architects & Planners and AHA Consulting Engineers completed Ominilife science Inc.’s (OMNI) new headquarters building at 480 Paramount Dr. in the Raynham Woods Commerce Center. The property was recently purchased by Calare Properties, Inc. The 40,000 s/f, one-story building is located across the street from DePuy Orthopaedics’ New England headquarters.

OMNI relocated from 50 William O’Connell Way in East Taunton, a building which was razed after OMNI’s move to make way for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe’s First Light Resort & Casino presently under construction.

OMNI’s build-out included a 20,000 s/f office headquarters space, a 20,000 s/f warehouse, fully functional machine shop space, R&D, and finished goods area. This property is serviced by one drive-in shipping dock.
