Theroux of Drubner Commercial completes $700,000 sale
David Theroux, managing partner of Waterbury-based Drubner Commercial Real Estate, has sold the former Lorraine Gardens property at 1359 Main St. for $700,000. The property consists of two parcels.
The buyer, 1359 Associates LLC will be removing the existing green houses and building an Auto Zone store of 7,400 s/f on one of the two parcels.
The adjoining parcel is approved for a 5,300 s/f retail building. No tenant has been named for that building as of yet.
The site consists of 5 acres which a substantial amount was given to the town as open space.
The seller was J&S Brody Realty LLC of Bethlehem. Theroux represented the purchaser and the seller.
