O,R&L Construction design builder for 3,700 s/f fit-out

O,R&L Construction has been selected as design builder for the new medical office space fit-out for Community Health Services. The Windsor location is 3,700 s/f existing retail space with convenient highway access. The new Community Health Services project includes integrated design and budgeting for a clinical medical space including exam, clinical support and administrative space. Renovation incorporates a complete demolition of existing space, new MEP systems and a detailed medical fit-out. As with all of their projects, O,R&L Construction will incorporate sustainable building practices including on-site recycling/construction waste management, indoor air quality plan, energy efficiency analysis, energy rebate coordination, high performance building materials and alternate low VOC interior finishes. Construction is scheduled to be completed for a February move-in date.
