Theroux of Drubner Commercial completes $400,000 sale in Waterbury

David Theroux, managing partner of Drubner Commercial Real Estate has completed the following transaction: Todd and Anthony Tobacco has purchased 461 Watertown Ave. from The Dover Benedict Group. The Tobacco brothers will convert the former used car building to a full-service car wash and detailing center. The reconstruction is underway and an opening is expected this fall. The sales price was $400,000 and Theroux was the only broker in the transaction.
