The Wilders Co.'s development LOOP West adds tenants

The Wilder Co.'s, developer of The LOOP brand of shopping centers, has added to the retail line-up at LOOP West, a new 400,000 s/f shopping center. Over the spring and summer, more than 20 new shops, restaurants and services will join co-anchors JCPenney and, recently opened, Belk, as well as Circuit City and Party City. LOOP West is located adjacent to The LOOP - Orlando, a 440,000-s/f shopping center at the corner of John Young and Osceola Pkwys in Kissimmee/Orlando. Combined, Wilder brings an 840,000 s/f retail mix in a family-oriented, casual, and pedestrian friendly environment to the marketplace. Both open-air centers offer a relaxed shopping experience reflected in their wide sidewalks, street lamps, benches, and streetscape. LOOP West's additional tenants include:  *Babies R Us *DSW *Aveda *GNC *GameStop *Zales *Pearle Vision *Victoria's Secret *New York & Company *Bath and Body Works and others.
