The Wilder Cos. leases 43,000 s/f at Royal Ridge Center in Nashua

Nashua, NH According to The Wilder Companies,TJX Companies brands, Sierra Trading Post and HomeGoods will join the stellar line-up of stores at Royal Ridge Center.

Sierra Trading Post, one of the newest concepts for TJX, will occupy 18,000 s/f. Started in Reno, Nevada in 1986 as a cataloger, the brand known for helping adventurous souls get outdoors was acquired by the TJX Companies in 2012.  Since then the concept has been refreshed, its web presence expanded, and it has embarked upon expanding its brick and mortar presence. The store delivers great savings every day on apparel, footwear, outdoor, and fitness gear. It will offer interactive shopping stations allowing customers to search inventory in the store and online, in-store pickup for items ordered online, and a mobile app scan feature provides additional information for products.

HomeGoods, at 25,000 s/f, will carry its assortment of home fashions, kitchen essentials, rugs, lighting, bedding, furniture, and more.

“These additions will transform the former Sports Authority location into two on-trend stores. It is sure to add new vibrancy to the busy Daniel Webster Highway shopping corridor,” said Deb Di Meo, vice president of leasing for the Wilder Companies.
