The Wilder Companies leases 11,158 s/f to Ulta Beauty

Hamden, CT According to The Wilder Companies, Ulta Beauty has opened at Marketplace at Hamden, adding the beauty retailer destination to this well-anchored, open-air shopping center. Ulta occupies  11,158 s/f between Staples and Old Navy and has more than 25,000 products from 500 beauty brands across all categories and price points.

“With Ulta Beauty being a trailblazer in the modern beauty market, we are delighted to add this service sector to the Marketplace at Hamden,” said Maria Salvatore, leasing representative, The Wilder Cos. “Their presence will broaden the diversity of services available to the community at this center, aimed to meet all convenience needs in one easily accessible location.”   

Marketplace at Hamden is a 235,600 s/f, open-air shopping center featuring one of the highest volume Stop & Shop locations in New England. It also features T.J. Maxx, Staples, Old Navy, Petco, Orangetheory Fitness, and TGI Fridays.
