The Valentine Group brokers 102,798 s/f industrial building lease to Total Air Supply

According to Ralph Valentine, CCIM of The Valentine Group, Total Air Supply will be leasing the 102,798 s/f building and 8 acre site at 1 B St. The building was home to Merrimack Valley Wood Products, a 60+ year old manufacturer and distributor of windows, doors and millwork to the building industry. The business assets were sold to Jackson Lumber & Millwork in late 2009. Ben Quintiliani founded total Air Supply in 1975. Total Air is a wholesale distributor to the HVAC industry, and operates a custom fabrication metal shop. Their products can be found in both commercial and residential applications. Sue Quintiliani, who now runs the company for her dad, expects to be fully operational by May. Valentine represented the property owner. Bradley Vear, CCIM of VEAR Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
