The Stubblebine Company completes $11.25m sale
of 51,000 s/f property

108 Bodwell Street - Avon, Mass.

Avon, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has completed the sale of 108 Bodwell St. to CJ Shaughnessy Crane Service for $11.25 million. The subject property consists of a 51,000 s/f industrial building on 6.33 acres with a clear height of 16’8 – 20’8. Situated off Rte. 24 and less than 10 miles from I-95, the property provides access to all parts north and south in the Commonwealth. David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, David Berman, and Chris Michniewicz of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, ERD Metal, Inc., while Tommy Landry from Eastern Retail represented CJ Shaughnessy Crane Service. 

David Stubblebine said, “The principals of CJ Shaughnessy made an adroit decision to purchase the subject building; the building has excellent highway access, good clear height, and significant expansion capabilites.”
