Nordlund Associates brokers sale for $2.395m
Boston, MA Chris Everest and Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. assisted client Devon Realty Trust in the sale of 167 Devon St. a 8,778 s/f warehouse on a 0.56 acre parcel located off of Columbia road abutting the MBTA commuter rail. The property sold for $2.395 million. John Cremmen of Deneberg Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
