The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International recently brokered a long-term 67,200 s/f lease at 151 Suffolk Ln.
David and James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Co. represented the tenant, TerraTherm, Inc., and the landlord, NIP Owner, LLC.
Situated on 6.82 acres, the 67,200 s/f, first class flex/industrial facility is located in the Summit Industrial Park, a master planned 125-acre park.
