The Stubblebine Co. handles 41,000 s/f lease and a $775,000 sale

Millbury, MA David Skinner of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International and Nate Nickerson of O’Brien Commercial Properties leased 41,000 s/f of industrial space at 1535 Grafton Rd.  The Stubblebine Co. represented the tenant, Wallboard Supply Company, and O’Brien Commercial represented the landlord, Five K LLC.

Wallboard Supply Company (WSC) is based in Londonderry, N.H. with six locations around New England. WSC is a full-service building supply company providing sheet-rock framing, and acoustical products, in addition to other construction materials.

1535 Grafton Rd. is a world-class high bay industrial manufacturing facility. It is well suited for heavy equipment, heavy manufacturing, and most other light industrial uses. This exceptional building features 4,200 square feet of office space, heavy power, giant drive-in doors, and 1+/- acre of paved and fenced-in yard area.

In addition Skinner and Alan Ringuette of The Stubblebine Co. handled the $775,000 sale of 20 Milford Rd. in Grafton Mass., a 16,141s/f industrial building situated on 5 acres.  The Stubblebine Co. represented the seller, Richmand Textiles, and was the only broker involved in the transaction.
