Tom Long, senior vice president of The Southpoint Group LLC represented the sellers, Craig Way and Peter Joseph and the buyer, Synergy Real Estate, LLC in the all cash sale of Unit 2H, a 3,636 rentable s/f medical condominium located at 148 East Ave.
Long specializes in medical, dental offices throughout Fairfield County, and has leased and sold multiple units located at 148 East Ave.
