The Ashforth Company leases 11,000 s/f to O'Connor Davies LLP
According to The Ashforth Company, O'Connor Davies LLP, a regional certified public accounting and consulting firm, has chosen 3001 Stamford Square, a building developed, owned and managed by Ashforth, for its new office location.
Moving approximately 40 employees from its current 62 Southfield Ave. location, O'Connor Davies will occupy 11,000 s/f on the fifth floor of the building located at 3001 Summer St. O'Connor Davies includes more than 500 professionals led by 84 partners in seven offices located in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
"We are thrilled that O'Connor Davies, another outstanding company and highly regarded firm in the Stamford community, will be joining our high caliber tenant roster at our 3001 building," said Darrell Harvey, co-CEO of The Ashforth Co.
Monique Delerme of Corporate Design LLC is Ashforth's architect working on the O'Connor Davies space. A.P. Construction Company, Ashforth's construction division, will complete the renovation.
The expected move in date is this July.
