The Smaller Business Association of New England opens enrollment for Senior Executive Circle

The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) has opened enrollment for Senior Executive Circle, formerly known as CEO Dialogue Program. Senior Executive Circle is a peer advisory group for executives within the C-suite to come together and gain perspectives on business challenges, and how to solve said challenges. High caliber and experienced participants, from a variety of industries, meet on a monthly basis, to discuss business issues and strategies, and the potential outcomes of those strategies. This 10-month program begins in September and ends in June 2016. Each group is self-facilitated, but contains an experienced "Capitan," who will ensure the discussions remain relevant. With each meeting, participants will be able to share their business questions, issues, or concerns in a non-competitive and confidential space, to receive honest feedback and advice, and to gain insight on current and future business goals. The group participants are required to be positioned as a C-level executive, and will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Participants will also need to commit to the 10 month period. SBANE, founded in 1938, is a private not-for-profit association of approximately 600 member companies located throughout the six-state region. SBANE was established to provide a legislative voice for small business at the state and federal levels and to make practical information available to help business owners grow their companies. SBANE runs diverse, educational programs each year and has active chapters in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with plans to establish a New Hampshire chapter. The membership is characterized by a high degree of participation, reflected in a large and dynamic committee structure, addressing a range of topics from international trade to human resources.
