The Shopping Center Group adds new division - merges with SiteWorks

According to The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), the Annapolis based SiteWorks is a new division of TSCG. Why is that big news? "This merger not only brings together two of the most dynamic retail real estate service providers in the U.S. but unites two industry leading companies with complimentary skill sets to create a truly full service retail real estate offering," said David Birnbrey, chairman and co-CEO of TSCG. When asked why the two companies decided to merge, Nick Egelanian, president and founder of SiteWorks, said, "We started as friends, developed a unique and productive business relationship and stand on the precipice of a great new blend of synergistic talents."
