The Realty Advisory forms property services division
Centerville, MA The Realty Advisory, Inc. (TRA), now offers property services for its clients across Cape Cod.
With these new offering, TRA Property Services, joins an ever-growing portfolio, which includes commercial real estate development, consulting, brokerage services and property management.
The property services include: Construction management; operating services; landscaping; handyman; electrical work; and HVAC.
Johnny Faber has joined TRA Property Services team as its on-site project manager to oversee projects completed by the in-house team and pre-screened external contractors. TRA Property Services team is able to secure lower rates on contracted projects and completely handles the work from start to finish.
