The RAM Companies signs Warner Babcock Institute to 38,615 s/f lease
According to Brian Gagne, executive vice president of acquisitions and development for The RAM Cos., the signing of The Warner Babcock Institute for Green Chemistry, LLC to 38,615 s/f at 100 Research Dr. Commerce Center has been completed. RAM was represented by Dan Collins of Newmark Knight Frank. Warner Babcock was represented by Stephen Murphy of CBRE, Lynch Murphy Walsh Advisors.
Of the tenant, Gagne said, "We are pleased to have Warner Babcock join Bausch & Lomb and Aerial Acoustics at our property."
The RAM Companies purchased the property in 2007 and has since made upgrades including landscape, parking lot, and interior work.
