Converse joins Consigli Construction Co.'s operations as project manager
According to Consigli Construction Co., Inc.'s operations, Derek Converse has joined the team as a project manager.
Converse has spent the last six years with Wright-Ryan Construction as a project manager. He has also held positions with firms from the Midwest, and in that time has overseen complex new construction and renovation projects. Converse will play an important role in Consigli's healthcare sector, applying his background in sensitive construction to those clients.
Converse will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction to building turnover, and guide superintendents, subcontractors and other team members through the duration of construction. He will also interface with the client and project partners on a regular basis to foster an interaction between all members of the project team.
Converse holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and is currently pursuing an MS in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
