The Pinnacle Group sells 35,000 s/f office bldg. for $4.65 million

The Pinnacle Group recently brokered the sale of a 35,000 s/f building located at 1275 Wampanoag Trail (Rt. 114). Christopher Cioe represented the seller, 1275 Wampanoag Trail LLC, and Rocco Quattrocchi procured the buyer, The Wampanoag Group LLC after just two weeks of marketing by The Pinnacle Grp. The property closed escrow at the beginning of the year and was sold for $4.65 million. The seller started renovations and the new owners have completed the undertaking. Most recently the new owners have completed new drainage systems, sidewalks, perennial plantings, and a complete build out of a bottom floor unit. The building is located on 2.6 acres and has onsite parking. The two story office can be accessed by two entrances and a passenger elevator. The lobby has slate floors, contemporary chandeliers and artwork. Current tenants include Providence Washington Insurance Solutions, KPMG, and the United States government.
