The Metalios Group joins Houlihan Lawrence

Greenwich, CT Houlihan Lawrence has added the Metalios Group to the company. The Metalios Group is led by Joy Kim Metalios, a leader across the real estate industry for her knowledge of the local markets and her enthusiasm for attracting and mentoring talent. Her team consists of herself and top producing agents who closed $78 million in sales in 2018.

Metalios graduated from Columbia University with an engineering degree. She began selling real estate in 1994 for Prudential Douglas Elliman where she worked for a diverse array of clients from high profile celebrities to students looking for rentals. Metalios and her family have lived in Greenwich since 2007. The Metalios Group was most recently with William Raveis.
