Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services brokers $900,000 sale
New Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has arranged the $900,000 sale of 188-206 and 218-222 Bassett St. Press was the sole broker in the transaction that closed on October 2nd.The sellers were Bassett Properties, Inc. of New York City.
The property consists of a 46,119 s/f office building with on-site parking for 77 vehicles, and an additional parking lot for 30 vehicles. The building is adjacent to the Farmington Canal Trail.
The property was built in 1960 and had been the home of many state agencies and most recently the Department of Social Services.
