The Landis Group leases 18,000 s/f to Abbey National Treasury Services
According to The Landis Group, a leading real estate development and management firm, Abbey National Treasury Services, a subsidiary of the Stantader Group, has signed an 18,000 s/f renewal for a long-term lease at 400 Atlantic St.
The space will continue to be used as Santander's U.S. headquarters and the bank plans to move other area operations and consolidate them into its space at 400 Atlantic.
Banco Santander is a global, multinational bank that is one of the 13 leading banks in the world in terms of market capitalization. Santander currently serves more than 100 million customers through a global network of 14,400 branches, the largest in the international banking sector.
