The Kane Company sells 6,000 s/f at 81 Portsmouth Avnue

Stratham, NH The Kane Company completed the sale of the 6,000 s/f office investment property located at 81 Portsmouth Ave. The recently renovated building on 2.02 acres includes a 40 space parking lot. The property, located on Rte. 108, has access to Rte. 101 and I- 95.

Jody Skaff of The Kane Company represented the seller, Shasta LLC, and sold the property to the new owners, Steven and Lorena Cotran. Steve Cotran is the top selling broker owner for the ReMax franchise in New England. The buyers are excited about opening a ReMax Real Estate office so close to their residence.
