Concept Plan Phase I HRAHull, MA The Hull Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has worked with the community, state agencies and businesses to prepare its 12.8 acres of beach-front property for redevelopment. The RFP is due April 14. The HRA will select a developer by November 14.
