The Grossman Companies completes two lease renewals totaling 2,697 s/f

Coffee aficionados and fans of fancy cheeses and other gastronomical goodies will be pleased to learn that two landmark family-owned businesses in Hingham Sq. have no plans to move. Brewed Awakenings has renewed and signed a long-term lease for 1,625 s/f, and Bloomy Rind renewed its lease for 1,072 s/f in the Pride Building at the corner of South and Main Sts. The announcement was made by Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage Services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy, who represented both the landlord, Hingham Square LLC, and the tenants in lease negotiations. The 15,000 s/f Pride Building is also home to Nona's Ice Cream, Worldwide Travel, and Coldwell Banker Realtors. McKinnon says two second floor commercial suites are available for lease, 1,751 s/f and 1,519 s/f.
