The Goldman Group begins pre-sale of The Laurel - a 30-unit property

Great Barrington, MA The Goldman Group has begun the pre-sale of The Laurel, a new condominium complex featuring 30 exclusive units, ready for occupancy in July 2024. Located at 148 Maple Ave. in the Berkshire mountains, The Laurel offers a modern living experience in a serene and culturally rich setting.

The Laurel includes a range of one and two-bedroom units. Each condo features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and luxury-brand appliances, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and central HVAC. Units also boast a selection of spacious private terrace spaces, and mountain-view balconies.

Residents will indulge in a suite of premium amenities including a fitness center, pet grooming station, personal storage lockers, EV charging stations, indoor and outdoor lounges, and an in-ground swimming pool.

The Laurel’s positioning in the Berkshires offers not just a luxurious home for residents, but a high-culture lifestyle. Nearby attractions such as Tanglewood Music Center, Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa, Jacob’s Pillow, and Shakespeare and Company will enrich our residents’ living experience.

A short distance from The Laurel, residents can experience outdoor adventures at the Butternut ski and tubing resort, Wyantenuck Country Club, East Mountain State Forest, and Berkshire Botanical Gardens. The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center offers world-class entertainment, while chic boutiques and fine dining are set against a backdrop of mountainous beauty and the tranquil Housatonic River. A shopping plaza blocks away with a Big Y and Staples caters to everyday needs.

Great Barrington's vibrant atmosphere and year-round charm make The Laurel an exceptional blend of sophistication, culture, and natural beauty, perfectly suited as primary residences and luxurious second homes.

The Goldman Group released the following statement:

"The Laurel at 148 Maple Avenue is more than just a development; it's a blend of luxury living and cultural richness set in one of Massachusetts' most picturesque locations, ideal for those seeking the best of urban and natural environments.
