The Geenty Group brokers three lease transactions totaling 14,400 s/f

Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Branford, represented Safe N' Green in the long term leasing of a 3,000 s/f distribution facility at 8A Commerce Dr. Safe N' Green is a complete landscaping company which services most of Connecticut from its facilities in North Branford and Danbury. Kevin Geenty, SIOR, vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the landlord, David Bredbury of Branford. In another transaction, Kevin Geenty represented both the tenant and landlord in the long term leasing of 7,400 s/f of office space at 20 Research Pkwy., Old Saybrook. The tenant is MedOp Acquisitions, LLC, a growing company involved in the medical billing industry. The tenant has grown and is expanding within the Old Saybrook Business Park from 4,200 s/f to 7,400 s/f of office space. The landlord in this transaction is Mill Meadow Development LLC. Old Saybrook Business Park is comprised of eight buildings totaling 250,000 s/f with 29 tenants. Kevin Geenty also represented both the landlord and the tenant in long term leasing of 4,000 s/f in a multi-tenant flex building located at 460-490 Industrial Park Rd., Deep River. The tenant, CD Dimensions, Inc., a growing internet based computer hardware company, is relocating to the new space at the Platwood Industrial Park.
