R. Calabrese Agency leases three properties totaling 12,500 s/f
Ralph Calabrese, principal of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC, recently completed the following lease negotiations:
* 2200 Thomaston Ave., Waterbury - Specialized Education Services signed a five year lease for 5,000 s/f of office and classroom space formerly occupied by Naugatuck Valley Community College. The school caters to children with special needs. The landlord, Nichols Realty, was represented by the R. Calabrese Agency. Dave Theroux of Drubner Commercial represented the tenant.
* Community Residences, Inc., an adult day care provider for people with disabilities, recently opened a facility at 205 Interstate Lane in Waterbury. Community Residences occupies 5,000 s/f. The five year lease commenced on August 1. R. Calabrese Agency represented the landlord, 715 Straits Turnpike, Inc., while Steven Wollman of Wollman Real Estate represented Community Residences, Inc.
* In Southington, Conti's Wine & Spirits Shoppe leased 2,500 s/f of in-line space at 826-842 Queen St. Conti's relocated from Spring St., Southington. R. Calabrese Agency was the only broker involved in the transaction.
Providence, RI Shawmut Design and Construction celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking for the 195 District Park Pavilion, marking the start of construction on a facility that will feature year-round dining and support space for park operations. In addition to the 3,500 s/f building, the project will include infrastructure upgrades
