The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker sells four units for $500,000
Coldwell Banker
Smithfield, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker (buyer’s broker) commercial division, and Conway Commercial Group (listing broker) sold the 4-unit apartment building at 300 Old County Rd. for 
$500,000.
The building was built in 1979 and the renovated units have fully applianced kitchens, tile bathrooms, bedrooms and open living rooms. The building offers parking and coin-operated laundry equipment.
The new owners, Blackstone Valley Place Association, will maintain the property as an investment, adding it to their growing portfolio.
