The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker sells 3,000 s/f at 1184 Providence Pike
North Smithfield, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage (CBCB) represented the seller, Primrose Valley Investment, of 1184 Providence Pike.
The 3,000 s/f building, located on a 75,000 s/f lot, has had upgrades including a new outside patio and electrical service.
The new owner, Gem Fencing, was represented by Fontaine Realty. Gem will renovate the building into office space and will use the property for storage for the fence company.
The Foncellino Team assisted the buyer in obtaining a special use permit.
