The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker sells two retail buildings for $300,000

Warwick, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold two retail buildings located at 86 Kilvert St. for $300,000.
The buildings total 6,000 s/f and are located on a 23,000 s/f lot. The historic buildings, formerly The Hillsgrove Post Office, have been the home to Sandwich Junction restaurant for over 40 years. The owner has 
decided to retire.
The new owner, Smart Body LLC, will develop the properties into a golf pro shop and a food service business.
