The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker lists and sells 7,000 s/f
Coldwell Banker
Providence, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 7,000 s/f mixed-use building at 455 Plainfield St., with Kellenee Realty LLC, who represented the buyer.
The building has three long-term commercial tenants, that include a marketplace, restaurant and barber. There is also four residential tenants.
The building includes a new roof, heating units and an up-to-date, monitored fire-coded system. The building has off-street parking and is fully leased.
The new owner, Ghazwan Alhazbe, will continue to use the building as an investment property.
