The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker lists and sells 6,000 s/f at 122 Transit Street in Woonsocket

Woonsocket, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold two buildings totaling 6,000 s/f at 122 Transit St.
One of the buildings is a well maintained, updated 3-family which includes fire coding, vinyl siding and new windows.
The other building is a 2-bay garage with two truck lifts, office space and a new roof. Both of the buildings are located on a 16,000 s/f lot.
The new owners will be relocating their electrical company to the garage building and utilizing the large lot for their service truck parking.
The 3-family building is rented out and continues to be used as an income producing property.
Nancy Reid of United Properties represented the buyers, Michael and Pamela Smith, and Metro Electric.
The sellers were Nancy and Charlie Barone and C&N Auto Sales and Service.
