Cranston, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold two buildings totaling 5,000 s/f.
One building is a remodeled restaurant, and the other is an updated multifamily both located on one lot at 1428 Park Ave.
The seller is Olympia Holdings LLC and the buyer is Famous Pizza, who has other locations in R.I. The restaurant building includes new electric, plumbing, HVAC system, awnings and concrete tiled floors with an outside patio abutting a bike path.
The multifamily has been updated with new kitchens and architectural roof.
The new owner will make the restaurant into a pizza parlor with a 1950s motif remaining. The multifamily will be rented to residential tenants.
