Woonsocket, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold (in 10 days) a 4,000 s/f medical office building at 2213 Mendon Rd. to The Shuster Group. 

The two-story building is located across from Highland Corporate Park on a 12,000 s/f lot and was used as a primary care facility.

The Shuster Group will be relocating their corporate headquarters from 1985 Mendon Rd. in Cumberland. They will be renovating the building to suit their growing corporate needs.
