PAWTUCKET, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 10,000 s/f office building located at 474 Broadway to Bernardo Properties. The seller was L&A Associates LLC.
The building is a historic “Fire Station No. 4” that was renovated into three levels of class A office space. It has over 20 varied size office spaces and open areas, with ample parking and a garage.
